The Women of Ascension is a ministry of service and fellowship. We provide services for the parish such as care for the Altar, meals after Funerals, contact with shut-ins during the holidays, and community family support. We clean albs, clean and organize the pantry and kitchen areas, have monthly intentions, fundraising activities, support social actives held at the parish, and more!
In addition to services for the parish, our aim is to build intentional relationships with others and to offer events that feed the souls and nurture the women of the parish.
As a woman of the parish you are automatically a member of this ministry. There is no need to request admission, just be sure to have your contact information added to our FlockNote list so that you can receive updates from the group. This is where you will connect to meeting information, volunteer opportunities, and social activities.
We hope to foster connections, friendships and grow our faith together as women on this journey as members of Christ’s church.
