The purpose of the communion outreach program is to provide the Holy Eucharist to Ascension Church Parishioners on Sunday Mornings. This outreach program includes those who are unable attend church on a regular basis due to health reasons or immobility issues. Two groups service and distribute communion after the 8:30am and the 11:00am masses. If you have a need for this service please reach out to the Parish Office
